After the procession, the Monks-to-be hear a sermon from the abbot. Their parents give them the golden robe they will wear as monks. They then recite their vows at which point they are regarded as monks. They then go to the prayer hall and change into the golden robes. After that, they go on a sort of Alms round in which their parents make a donation.
